SoftQuest operates this website. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we're talking about SoftQuest. Some games or services are only available through our website. These have limited quantities and follow our Return Policy if you want to return or exchange them. We work hard to show you accurate details and images of our games. That said, we can't guarantee your monitor will display colors exactly the same way ours do. We can limit how many of our products or services we sell to any person, region, or area, and we might do this case by case. We can also limit quantities. Anything we say about products or pricing can change anytime without notice, at our discretion. We can stop selling anything whenever we decide. Any offer on this site doesn't apply where it's not allowed by law. We don't promise that the games or services you buy will be what you expect, or that we'll fix every problem you run into.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We have the right to reject any order. We can also limit how many items one person, household, or order can have. This goes for orders from the same account, same credit card, or same billing and shipping address. If we change or cancel your order, we'll try to contact you using the email or phone number you gave us. We can also refuse orders that look like they're from dealers, resellers, or distributors. Make sure the information you give us when you buy something is current, complete, and correct. We might give you access to tools made by third parties that we don't control, monitor, or have any input on. SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Sometimes there are typos, mistakes, or missing information on our site or in the Service—stuff about game descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, or what's in stock. We can fix these errors anytime, update information, or cancel orders if something's wrong, without giving you notice first (even after you've placed your order). We don't have to update or fix information in the Service except when the law requires it. Don't assume that just because a page says it was updated on a certain date that everything on it is current. It doesn't work that way.

Some places don't allow you to exclude these kinds of damages, so in those places, we're only liable up to the limit the law allows.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend SoftQuest and our parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and employees against any claim or demand from a third party (including reasonable attorney fees) that comes from you breaking these Terms, violating any law, or infringing on someone's rights.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms gets ruled unlawful or unenforceable, that part stays enforceable to whatever extent the law allows, and the rest of the Terms stay in effect.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION

Anything each of us owed before the termination date stays in effect after it ends. These Terms stay active until either you or we end them. You can end them anytime by telling us you don't want to use our Services anymore, or by stopping your use of the site. If we think you haven't followed these Terms (or we suspect it), we can end this agreement immediately without notice. You'll still owe any money up to that point, and we can cut off your access to our Services or parts of it.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If we don't enforce something in these Terms, that doesn't mean we're giving up that right. These Terms and any policies or rules we post on the site make up the whole agreement between us and you. They replace anything you and we said before (whether in person, by phone, in email, or anywhere else), including any older versions of the Terms. We won't read any unclear parts of these Terms against the person who wrote them.
